Shipment

We ship with DHL within Germany, to countries of the European Union and to Switzerland.

I. Shipment within Germany:

Costs for shipment within Germany are 3,90 Euro per order. If the gross amount of the ordered products exceeds 29 Euro the shipment will be free of charge.

Shipment days: 1-3 working days

Information for calculating the delivery day: In the case of prepayment via bank transfer the delivery limit begins one day after the payment order is given. For other payment methods the delivery limit begins one day after the order has been done. The delivery limit ends with the last day of the delivery period mentioned. If the last day of the delivery limit is a Sunday, a bank holiday or a generally recognised holiday at the place of delivery, the last day of the delivery limit would be the next working day.

II. Shipment to countries of the European Union and to Switzerland:

We deliver to all countries of the European Union and to Switzerland, the shipment costs are 5,90 Euro per order. If the gross amount of the ordered products exceeds 59 Euro the shipment will be free of charge.

Shipment days: 2-8 working days

For shipments outside the European Union there might be additional costs, for which we are not responsible and which have to be paid additionally by you: This includes for example banking costs for the money transfer (e.g. transfer costs, exchange fees) or costs respectively taxes because of import regulations (for example customs duties).
